Heating/cooling cycles or humidity — or even some plastic material used for car headlamps — can create condensation;

pressure differentials can stress seals to failure;

ingress of water, dust, debris, moisture or automotive fluids can degrade lens clarity or damage integrated electronics.

CMD（Condensation measurement device）, which was totally developed by MicroVent® , is one of our innovative technologies . CMD can be rapidly integrated into your finished auto lamps , continuously equalize pressures, protect against ingress of water and contaminants and minimize condensation events, to help keep both clear and colored lenses looking good. CMD uses magnesium chloride as the main hygroscopic component and combine it with a unique material self-developed by MicroVent® to make the lamps have excellent and reversible moisture absorption ability .  the housing shell is injected by PP-T3 plastic . CMD reliably keep out rain, sleet, snow, dust, dirt and debris, and withstand automotive fluids, detergents and washing products.

--- the comprehensive efficiency ratio is high , .other ventilation components , anti-fog coating , or desiccant bangs ,etc., can be removed whieh helps reduce the cost of solving fogging problem .
